Direct Debit Service Providers and Solutions

I asked around on Facebook the other day for any other Direct Debit Service Providers and Solutions and following is part of the conversation that followed. I’m posting this to give you some idea of what’s out there. and I will also have a follow up on the EzyPay experience soon.

Conversation
– Anyone know an alternative to EzyPay?

Paysmart is a good debit system, local too.

https://www.selfbankmobile.com/tdi – the future of all payment transfers i’ve my i-fone activ8ed will b released in australia later this year

– i use peoplehub and have found it very easy and the reports are great…

– ezidebit?

– Debitsuccess. Ezydebit are rubbish

– I use paypal , it seems to work well

– I had a bad experience with Paypal and will be moving across. A client’s husband didn’t recognise my charges on his CC statement. Cancelled the payments (from 3-4 months ago) – then rang the bank straight away to reinstate. Too late, once the ball is in motion, Paypal still take the money out of your account and hold it – and then they refunded it back to the client. Lucky my client is not dishonest!

——————-

We’ll be trialing Paysmart Direct Debit System starting this week, and I will report back on their interface plus customer service as soon as possible. Personally, I wanted to go with PayPal, but the problem there is that customers can cancel the DDR when they want, this is not good when they’ve entered a yearly contract, i.e. we offer them a lower weekly rate because they commit for a year.

If anyone else has any other options, or feedback about the above providers, please post them here.

I have cancelled my subscription, but you rip off barstards are still charging me!! How do I stop you guys from charging me??

under no circumstances consider Ezidebit. I am currently searching for an alternative provider. You could not get any worse than Ezidebit
