Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

I just bought an industrial vacuum cleaner for our gym in West End, you know those vacuum cleaners you put on your back? I’m very happy with it, it was only $230 from Godfreys in Chermside. I tried it out at home and am really impressed with it, easy to handle, much easier than having to cart one of those boxes over the floor, and with an extra long cord there is no need to unplug it…

We’ll buy another one to use at home now as well.

Gas Mask Training

Tried out our new Czech gas mask today for some lung conditioning, we also have to try stuff out before we offer it to our clients. There were a few times I felt pretty claustrophobic and wanted to rip the gas mask of my face, but I made it through the 8 minute round alive and kicking. I will be doing this more to get in better shape!
